Mixologist Ray Ligon has created several great drinks with Tempt that perfectly fit the rooftop/poolside/club vibe at the Easton in Fort Lauderdale. Here are two of his most popular concoctions:
Ray of Sunshine
2 oz. Tempt Gin
2 oz. Grand Marnier
1 oz. simple syrup
1 orange wedge
1 lime wedge
1 lemon wedge
Into a cocktail shaker-
Muddle one lime wedge, one lemon wedge and one orange wedge
Add Tempt Gin, Grand Marnier, Simple Syrup
Shake then double strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a generous orange wedge.
Mango Tango
1 ¾ oz. Tempt Gin
1 oz. mescal
1 oz. mango purée
splash of soda water
1 lime wedge
Place inside a cocktail shaker-
Tempt Gin 1 ¾ oz.
Mescal 1 oz.
Mango Puree 1 oz.
Light shake, strain over ice in a rocks glass and top with soda water.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
Coco Cherry
2 oz. Tempt Gin
1 oz. Don Q Coconut Rum
1/2 oz. Coconut Purée
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
Muddle 6 black cherries in a cocktail shaker Shaker.
Add all the ingredients and shake vigorously.
Strain over ice in a tall glass or hi-ball glass and garnish with 3 cherries.
