Tempt Singapore Sling

A throwback to the original 1915 recipe with 8 ingredients and fresh juices.

2 oz. Tempt Gin
1 oz. Cherry Liqueur
½ oz. Cointreau
½ oz. DOM Benedictine
8 oz. fresh squeezed pineapple juice
1 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
½ oz. grenadine
1 dash Angostura bitters

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake well for 30 seconds.
Strain over cubed ice in tall glass or hurricane glass.
Garnish with cherries and lemon or a pineapple slice.

Panoply Punch

A delicious collection of tropical flavors inspired by the amazing herbal maceration used in producing Tempt Gin.

2 oz. Tempt Gin
1 oz. mango puree
1 oz. cranberry juice
1 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice
1 oz. fresh squeezed pineapple juice
Splash of grenadine

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake well for 30 seconds.
Strain over ice in goblet and garnish with citrus slices.

The Blueberry Gintini

An original and popular creation at Runyon’s.

2 oz. Tempt Gin
1 oz. blueberry puree
1 oz. lime juice
Champagne topper

Shake all ingredients together for a minute, then strain into a martini glass.
Top with champagne.
Express with a large lemon twist and place the rind on rim of the glass to garnish.
